Dreams - Reigate

The staff at reigate was so helpfull we had tea and coffee while ordering was very welcome well done to dreams and there teams one happy lady .

I was dealt with promptly and attentively. I would like my staff to be so good.

From the moment we walked in was greeted by friendly member of staff, also a 'good morning' from another member staff who was serving somebody else. Had seen product before on previous visit so knew what we wanted so when approached by the assistant told him what we wanted straight away. Was invited to take a seat to take all details and was also offered a cup of tea or coffee. All my details were taken and asked if the delivery of three days ahead was convenient which was ideal for us. Was given a bag for disposal of our old mattress which will be take away on delivery of our new one. Cannot find a single complaint about the service we received, and it is a shame other business cannot all be like this. When I returned home the receipt and all required details was emailed to me.Look forward now to the delivery. Thank you for your service.

From start to finish I was very satisfied with my order and the attentive treatment by the staff. Nothing was too much to deal with even when I changed my order the next day from a small double to a single bed. I was offered a coffee whilst I was there. I was also able to wait inside for my taxi to come and pick me up

Staff member kyra was very friendly and was happy to spend the time with us. We did not feel rushed and she told us about the best deals and offers to suit our needs.

Kerryn was the lady that served me, she was very friendly very knowledgeable about different beds and mattresses and took the time to listen to my requirements. I didn't feel rushed by her and she was willing to spend the time with me. My only negative thought was that I would've liked to have tried a mattress on a slatted bed but the staff were unable to do that re-health and safety regulations. Although I must point out that this was no fault of the staff in the shop .

Sales assistant Kyra was on hand with everything to assist Paul who was helping show us around and test the mattresses and pillows. He didn't need to stray from us once to get anything - she was already there with it!
