The assistant spent quite a lot of time explaining the choice of mattresses and enabled us to find the one most suited to our needs.

The Sales lady was attentive and explained things for us without being pushy. She left us to decide and helped us to secure our purchase. We were very impressed with her attitude and helpfulness.

The Manager of the Reigate store was very helpful and knowledgable about the matress I purchased and very customer focused.

The staff at Dreams were extremely helpful and atentive. We had our 3 year old daughter with us and staff interactive with her taking her to try some bed whilst my partner and I placed our order. Staff had good knowledge of the products and were able to help us make our choice

I enquired about mattresses was given all the information required, in a friendly way, which enabled me to purchase the correct mattress right away.
