Dreams - Reigate

The customer was my 97 yo mother. The salesman, Steve, was very helpful and patient while she made her mind up.

The salesman Steve was very helpful and understood my needs. No pushy sales techniques which was great as that puts me off.

The assistant Steve spentA lot of time explaining the prices et cetera he also spent time while I lay on the bed with the machine. There were two other assistants in the shop and they both showed an interest in me

We entered the store only knowing we needed a new mattress, but not what kind. Friendly helpful staff explained the mattress colour system and the make up of each type and after we tried a few the purchase process was super easy and quick

Steve, who we spent most of the time with was great! Knowledgeable, patient and in no way pushy whatsoever We had great fun

We visited Dreams not knowing much about mattresses etc., Kerryn was so knowledgable & helpful and listened to what we needed it was a very pleasant experience we even had a coffee while doing the ordered Will definitely return Maureen Taylor (Mrs)

Sales Assistant Kerryn was very knowledgeable about the products. She assisted with our requirements, very helpful and friendly, we appreciated the time Kerryn spent explaining about the products. We would definitely recommend Dreams, Reigate Store to friends and family.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and I was able to lie on the mattresses to test the most suitable one I required. I was given a quote to take away without any sales pressure to discuss with my husband and returned two days later to place the order. I am now awaiting delivery and looking forward to receiving my new bed which is being assembled by the Company. I am also paying for take away and disposal of our old bed and pleased to hear that all parts of these are recycled. It will save all the hassle of having to dispose of these ourselves.

I previously went to Crawley a few weeks ago and the sales guy was too pushy so went purley on Friday 8th March and got through the sale stage and the assistant manager was rude and his attitude to myself and his colleagues was disgusting I walked out. I decided I really liked the bed and chose to visit your reigate branch where we were welcomed with a nice sales lady who was very helpful and offered us tea or coffee. I knew the bed/mattress. I did however change my mind on the mattress after trying a different one. Very nice polite reigate branch.
