Dreams - Reigate

Kyra was very knowledgeable. She suggested we try the sleep match system to find the best bed suited to our body shapes. I hadn't seen this system anywhere else and purchased a bed based on the 'report' we received from this. Very pleased with the advice and service.

The sales assistant was very helpful. She went out of her way to help us with finding the correct frame and mattress topper. She even phoned a different store to find out what exact mattress we already had.

Both staff, Kerryn and Kyra were very pleasant, very knowledgeable and efficient. We went through my requirements, past purchases from Dreams and suitability of new needs. The service from both ladies was exceptional and the door was opened for me on leaving. Removal of old mattress was explained and recycled bag provided.

Steve and Kerryn were very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter was allowed to try out the sleeping machine whilst we did the credit forms. The whole experience was a lot easier than we had antipicated.
