Karen, the manager was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We had visited other stores but only felt we could make an informed decision on our purchase after speaking to her. Very grateful to her. Other members of staff were professional also.

We visited your Reigate store to buy a double bed for a spare bedroom. The assistant who served us named Amy was very friendly and helped us to find a bed that met our requirements. She was efficient at taking us through the order process. We needed a new duvet and pillows for the bed and she told us about the discounts you offer when buying a new bed and we added them to our purchase. Overall she made the purchase an easy and pleasant process.
