Dreams - Reigate

When I arrived at the shop I only saw one assistant working but there were several customers. Kerryn came over to me and explained that she wouldnt be long and she asked me if I knew what I wanted, I told her I had looked online and I knew what I wanted. She carried on in a very proffesional manner. As soon as she had dealt with her customer she came straight to me, she was very helpful and knowledgable of the sofa bed I was buying. She was a lovely girl with a friendly and professional manner. Thank you Kerryn for your help.

Kerryn who dealt with our enquiry showed us the ottoman beds we had requested explained all the positives of the beds asked us (instead of being told like some salespersons) we also chose a headboard and were shown the colours we could choose. When we had decided on a particular bed Kerryn told us the delivery dates, explained all the extras. We ordered the bed and headboard with confidence.
