Dreams - Reigate

The shop assistant, Kyra, at the Reigate store was exceptional. Her knowledge of the products and the customer service we received were excellent.

The assistant was friendly and helpful .listened carefully to our requirements .Arranged a delivery date which would work well for us and advised about extra services ie assembly of the bed frame. It was a very hot day and the bottles of water offerred by the staff was both thoughtful and most welcome

The main reason for highly satisfied was due to the friendliness and willingness to help! Amy gave us various options and enough time to decide which one is perfect for us. She was never forcing the sale, which we really appreciated.

This was a return visit as we had already looked at which matress was suitable. We saw the same salesperson and as she remembered us it made thing a lot smoother

Amy (Reigate) was superb! She let us browse initially and then gently asked if we needed any help - she was really helpful but not at all pushy which was lovely! She sorted us out with the sleep test before letting me try out a few mattresses and offer her advice and support. She also pointed us in the direction of further deals.

We were served in the Reigate store by the store manager and she was very helpful indeed. She offered us drinks whole we were in store and talked us through all of our options available to find the right mattress for us, very pleased with the whole experience.

Highly knowledgeable and friendly staff

The staff couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. They really knew their stuff and were so helpful and nice. The two staff I met and we were helped by were Kerryn and Kyra. Very happy with what we brought and can’t wait to get my new mattress! So glad we went to a dreams store first :)

The prices are easily seen and they have a good deal. The people there are helpful. If you dont understand what you want they have a machine sleepmarch machine to measure and tell what type you need When testing their beds they give u a pillow which is comfortable. It was a hot day they a offered me a drink. They showed me many varieties to chose from.
