Kerryn was very knowledgable and really looked to give the best possible advice and information. She wasn’t a pushy sales person which I appreciated. When we returned for my husband to try the mattress Amy was equally as good.

Service (provided by Kyra in Reigate) was excellent. Not pushy, very helpful, very informative, knew the products extremely well.

The staff were helpful from when we came in. They answered all questions, provided advice and I came away feeling like I was important to them.

Immediately greeted by your colleague and store manager 'Kerwyn'. Very impressed by her knowledge and approach, no hard sales pitch, felt that I was being advised/guided in the right way. Invited and used the machine that provides insight into the best type of mattress - very cool!

Cara, kellyn and Rachel (i think i have probably spelled their names wrong, apologies) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they were also enjoyable to be around and made sure that i was well taken care of. I mainly dealt with Cara 10 out of 10!

I had seen the item I was interested in online and rang the store to check it was available to try. It was and on arrival the staff were aware that I had phoned and took me straight to the product. They were on hand to answer my questions and also offered additional advice. The order was completed in a friendly and efficient manner. Hopefully the product will be equally as satisfactory when delivered.
