We were acknowledged as soon as we entered store, as soon as assistant was free we were approached with do you require any help. Kyra's product knowledge was excellent and we were not hurried in any way. Firstly we were asked to lay on a bed and be assessed which started us off on the right direction. All questions were answered promptly.

The assistant that served me was very helpful, she was able to show me everything I needed to see and knew a lot about the product, I was offered a hot drink and felt very welcome. When I made the purchase everything was explained to me very clearly and with no pressure to get the extra bits of cover that were on offer.

Kerryn knew the products explained everything in a very helpful and friendly knowledge way. The in store machine to test which mattress was best was great

Reigate has a far more personal touch then other nearing branches who seemed to undermine clients to gain sales and use pressure Tactics to meet targets

Did not know what to expect but all was to our satisfaction .

Very happy with the overall experience, we had a specific bed in mind, the college assisting us made us welcome and her knowledge made us feel assured that what we purchased was the right for us. We also didn’t feel under any pressure or obligation to purchase. We also feel all the options given as far as the product cover was reasonable and gave us reassurance. We were offered refreshments but declined the kind offer.
