Dreams - Reigate

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, I couldn’t find what I was looking for so they helped and the price was amazing with the Black Friday deals!

I went to the Reigate store as I was looking to buy two double beds for my teenage sons. Keryn was excellent, showing me various options for beds and matresses. She priced out the order for me, along with another bed for the spare bedroom and gave me a likely delivery date. I then took this home to talk to my husband and run through with him what I had ordered. We were also able to agree a delivery date between ourselves which the store was able to match. Excellent customer service!

The sales assistant Kerryn was knowledgeable and welcoming. She spoke confidently about the products and guided us round the store to find the recommended mattresses after the sleep mattress test.

The help we received in store was excellent. we expected to be left to our own devices but were expertly guided through the range of mattresses that were suitable for our needs. The saleswoman who assisted was excellent, knowledgeable and engaging.
