Dreams - Reigate

We received super service and advice from Taurus the consultant at Dreams, Reigate. This service allowed us to make an informed decision.

Kyra was extremely helpful and immediately stopped the building of a frame she was doing to help us (this was taken over by a colleague seamlessly) - she took her time to explain everything clearly and we never felt rushed or that we were spending too long - or our two young children were being annoying (they were)

We were welcomed immediately on entering the store. We did not feel pressured, but had great assistance. We weren’t rushed , and felt able to take our time and retry mattresses as many times as necessary. Our kids were made to feel welcome too.

Rachel was amazing, used the sleep match and even offered a drink.

The sales assistant, Torres, was polite and professional and was able to walk us through the pros and cons of each matress, allowing us plenty of time to try them out. He was able to identify which matresses were best able to suit our sleeping positions following the analysis of the sleep machine thingy. There was a good selection of matresses available to try.

The advisor Rachel was super helpful. She identified our needs and explored our options. After explaining each product, and demonstrating the possibilities, she gave us time to come to our decision. We were not pressured, but she was most helpful in answering our questions.

Kayla at Reigate store was very helpful, not pushy or trying to sell sell sell. Just informed me of my choices and what the product specifications were, just very helpful and a nice pleasant person to deal with.

Torres was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Polite and insightful.
