Dreams - Reigate

Overall the experience shopping at Dreams was excellent. The staff member who assisted us was very knowledgeable about the various products we were interested in and she was also very patient and understanding with our two young children who were starting to get a bit bored and play around in the store! Although the range available at this particular branch of Dreams is quite limited give the size of the store, we were still able to try out a good selection of different mattresses across a spectrum of different price brackets. When we left we felt confident we had made an informed decision about what we had purchased. Looking forward to taking delivery of our new bed in a couple of weeks!

The customer service was excellent and friendly. I specifically went to see a particular sofa bed in the store. Rachel spent extra time to show me how the sofa transfers into a bed and the other options available. I was also offered a drink while discussing quotes for various options when I enquired about removal of my old items and delivery details. I was not pressurised into buying which I appreciated. I did place an order and the service received made my decision easy.

We had viewed a bed we wished to purchase, online, and wanted to see it and whether it would be suitable for us. Fortunately it happened to be in stock at our local dreams store (Reigate) so went to visit. The assistant (Kyra) was welcoming and polite and when we explained the bed we wished to view she took us to it directly. She was knowledgeable about the bed and talked us through it, demonstrating how the ottoman system worked. We also appreciated her honesty admitting that whilst she'd never assembled the model herself she understood it to be fairly straight forward. She was attentive but not pushy - hanging back whilst we discussed purchasing the bed. We didn't feel pressured to make the sale.
