Did not have to seek assistance but equally did not feel “jumped on”. We were given sufficient time to browse and seemingly by telepathy the assistant knew exactly when we wanted help.

After visiting your store on many occasions as we could not make our mind up, all of the team were willing to help guide us through our purchase. They were extremely helpful and patient with us.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Very quick and easy purchase with great information on the different type of mattresses. Both colleagues engaged with us very quickly and we were served by Rachel who couldn’t have been more helpful. The different mattresses were all available to try and collecting our old mattress when delivering the new just makes things really easy. Thank you Dreams and Rachel!

Rachel was attentive but not pushy and was very easy to talk to. She was very knowledgable but didn’t throw all her knowledge at us but instead answered our questions. We like the computerised mattress finder as well. A lovely experience all round. Well done!

Quick. Efficient. Sales with a sense of humor

When we arrived we were not pounced on we were given plenty of time to look around before we were approached for help .very helpful friendly lady who was on her own and had other customers . She was very professional not pushy at all that’s why I rated it very highly I would definitely return .
