The store manager that assisted me was absolutely fantastic and his colleague helped keep my 9 year old entertained so we could place our order. A wonderful team and something that every other retailer could learn to do better!

Assistance knew what I was looking for and the price I wanted to pay. I was in a hurry and he served me in a speedy fashion.

From the moment I stepped in the door of Dreams of Reigate I was made to feel special. Torres Colva made me a lovely cup of coffee and discussed the type of mattress I was looking for. He really knows your products inside out and he explains all you need to know re guarantees, delivery etc. very clearly. He leaves you alone for a couple of minutes or so to try the mattresses of your choice so that you can make up your own mind as to which one you like best. No pressure. Your machine is a brilliant idea, takes the guesswork out of deciding whether you need soft, medium or hard. Very good service.

The assistant (Rachael) was extremely knowledgable and took a lot of time explaining everything. She was also very friendly.

It was a very relaxing the sale girl was very good and new what she was talking about so looking forward to my new bed it was very cold in the show room though

MR.Colve is very helpful and kind, he helped us the whole time, he showed us different type of mattresses and in different prices until we choose one. The truth is that day we went only to take a look off and at the end we bought the mattress because we felt very happy with the service and attention we got.

Our overall experience today was fantastic. Not once did we feel pressured and were always given the options that suited us best. Kyra at the Reigate branch was such a huge help and very knowledgeable, she was an absolute pleasure and a lovely girl!
