We had a quick look round for the product we liked online but then sought advice from a lovely helpful Rachael who was very good, gave helpful advice, then left us to make a decision. Having decided we were offered a hot drink which was very welcome. Completing the order was easy and we left the store very happily

Though the price of a bed is always shocking, Rachel, Amy and Kyra did their very best to help us find want we want. I had done some price comparison prior, and it was actually about £300 cheaper than expected. Rachel made us feel so very comfortable - we instantly clicked. It was nice to have the three of them work together to solve our needs and to visualize our purchase. Sales representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were happy to be allowed to bring our small dog into the store with us, to select our mattress and make our purchase. We were offered water for the dog and tea/coffee for ourselves. Overall, an extremely pleasant shopping experience.

Both assistants, Kyra & Rachel were very friendly, yet professional and extremely knowledgeable. Krya we dealt with the most and she made the whole process enjoyable.
