Rachel who served me, was extremely helpful and asked me questions about my sleep and after analysing the best mattress proceeded to show me different models. She got me a pillow to assist whilst I tried various mattresses, and at no time did I feel pressured into making a purchase. I was not rushed or had a hard sale approach, both of which really helped me to choose the mattress (I hope) will aid a restful sleep!

Overall I felt that the purchase of a mattress is something that needs to be done with guidance. I am glad I decided to go to a store & try rather than attempting online.

Rachel at the Reigate branch was extremely knowledgable and friendly she was not pushey as I am in sales I know how off putting this is
