Staff were very knowledgeable and found multiple options to match our needs. Price was very good. Social distancing measures in place very thorough. Very fast delivery available, especially compared with other shops.

Torres the manager was very particular in ensuring the safety of the customers. He was incredibly patient with the customer before me yet managed the situation with good manners and appropriate assertiveness. A credit to the company. Previously bought a mattress from Dreams so was hoping for a good outcome. Delighted with the 60% off too!

Torres went out of his way to make us feel very welcome, explained everything in detail and care was taken to ensure we adhered to the covid19 instructions. The knowledge and experience that he had on the products was outstanding. I would recommend to my friends to visit this store and specifically ask for him.

Rachel who served me, was extremely helpful and asked me questions about my sleep and after analysing the best mattress proceeded to show me different models. She got me a pillow to assist whilst I tried various mattresses, and at no time did I feel pressured into making a purchase. I was not rushed or had a hard sale approach, both of which really helped me to choose the mattress (I hope) will aid a restful sleep!
