Torres was an outstanding member of staff, really attentive, knowledgeable and aware of social distancing and hygiene measures. A really friendly and helpful guy, you should be proud to have him working for you

The assistants name was John found him very helpful as I exploded what I needed and what I got. Very helpful and polite was not rushed. Also had to phone about taking away the old bed and what I needed to do. Also phoned to speak to John as couldn’t get my delivery date on line so John did for me over the phone and that was very helpful. Also we have shopped at Dreams before and had good service then. 😊
