Very good product knowledge in store and made phones to find a similar bed mattress that I had purchased 8 years ago. Was given a good selection to try out. Phone call to check opening times was very helpful and friendly. The only comment I would say is that I thought I would need to make an appointment so tried to do this online but for that day it gave the impression there were no slots, however, when I rang that was not the case so maybe look at your appointment system online.
