I felt safe. Safety measures were explained to me as soon as entering the store. Social distancing was adhered to and the store was very clean. I could see the staff constantly cleaning. The assistant was experienced and answered all my questions. I tried some mattresses before choosing the one I wanted. Both staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I have been using Dreams fir many years.
