Overall pricing is not competitive,particularly delivery charge,and a further charge for taking away old mattress. These two items (combined) increased the price of the product by over 20%. Internet companies deliver free of charge.

Unsure if staff were that bothered with our custom. Pricing nit clear e.g. Cost of delivery not mentioned until point of payment.

When I returned to the shop to purchase a mattress I saw earlier in the week. There was no manager around so was not able to talk about any kind of deal for the mattress and was told manager would not return to the shop for another 3 days. Then the delivery options were a joke. I am having to wait nearly 2 weeks because they need to wait for a replacement mattress to put in the shop, which is not my problem in anyway so why should I wait. I rarely complain but I went from being very excited about this purchase to feeling a dissatisfied just by going through the transaction.

Given a written quotation which was out of date by the time I visited the store to make the purchase. Two items were more expensive than they were on the quotation but this was not brought to my attention; the purchase was just processed without mentioning the fact that there was an extra £75 to pay, or why. This is why I have marked down "value for money" on the questionnaire. There was no mention of " offer valid until......" on the quotation which was unhelpful. I would have made the purchase earlier, at the lower price, had I known.

I did not sy i was not satidfied - in fact we were very satisfied - the girl that was there was very knowlegable, friendly & helpful - in fact she was on her own and it got quite busy while she was helping us ansd taking our order but stayed calm and relaxed with us

Misinformation provided by rep on mattres (ie that it is safe to use with new born baby as contains natural fillings). Checked this later over the Internet and realised it contained polyester, pvc etc. so very unsafe. Called the following day to cancel order, and was told we couldn't as above wasn't good enough reason. I will now need to follow up with head office to take this further.
