The service was above satisfactory which I think is very good for a retail shop. I rarely give the highest mark when answering these types of survey.

I had been in to view the range twice and both times seen Robin. I arrived on Tues 3rd Nov to place the order that Robin and I had discussed on Saturday. Only to find Robin had been "redistributed" from the Reigate branch to the Crawley branch, leaving Emma on her own in the store. The placing of the order was done quickly and simply by Emma but I was flabbergasted that such a big company would leave a woman on her own in a store to deal with the delivery of four beds that arrived while I was there? This isn't safe or sensible for all sorts of reasons; for one, she had to manoeuvre these beds downstairs alone. What if she falls and is crushed? I am very shocked at your expectations of her and poor Emma remained very professional, even when the delivery man stated he wouldn't help because he isn't insured. I hope you have Emma well insured!! I am sure Emma wouldn't state to her employers how ridiculous it is that she is expected to do all this alone so I wanted to stand up for her myself and say that something needs to be done and she should be rewarded for her dedication to your company.

There was no parking available for the customer shopping at the dreams shop.

I was extremely satisfied with the service and the product as well as how quickly it can be delivered. i was also pleased with how accommodating the representative was with organising a delivery date to suit my needs. However, the gentleman I dealt with did try to sell me a mattress protector which I had said I already owned and my personal preference is not being 'hard sold' a product I don't want. This however has not put me off visiting the store, but did make me feel pressured slightly.

I think it would be better if there were more colleagues available to assist customers so that we would feel less rushed.

To be honest, we probably were highly satisfied. Just wasnt sure whether to click "satisfied" or "highly satisfied" - everything was all very good and the staff were very helpful. I guess I just reserve "highly satisfied" for something really exceptional

I was satisfied with the experience, however I have not received the product yet so cannot rate it as highly satisfied until then.
