Dreams - Reigate

Some negotiation on price, but not much, we got £100 off the total order which was £2,500.

Unfortunately my bed arrived with a small bracket missing. Even though I offered to come to the store to collect a new one, I was told I would have to wait for a whole new panel to be delivered. I therefore had to take a day off work which, as a freelance worker, cost me £300 in missed income. However, all other aspects of my Dreams experience were excellent. Just the one unfortunate incident.

The sales assistant who helped us was incredibly helpful, but he was clearly very new to his role and often had to double check things or ask his manager. When he was putting our order through he made a couple of minor errors which made us slightly nervous, but he did amend these straight away. I'm sure with time he'll be fantastic as he was incredibly helpful, friendly and eager to meet our requests.

Issue re availability of 'matching' bedside cabinets not available to order at same time and potential issue when they do arrive re compatibility .

Selection and purchase of the item was satisfactory. We had first visited the Dreams shop in Southampton where we were offered a friendly welcome and helpful advice. We subsequently purchased the item in Dreams in Reigate. Here we felt that the welcome and service was indifferent. We liked the range of products in both shops and were satisfied with the price of the purchase

I purchased a 6@6" bed, but was unable to buy from yourselves a bottom fittes sheet, I was advised to go online to purchase from another supplier. Apart from that I was extremely happy with your service.

I was satisfied, must have selected the wrong option.

I think the prices were a little big higher than expected

would have liked to see a bigger selection. The sale on at the time was very narrow; the sale was quite a steep discount but applied to very few items... So we walked out feeling like we didn't get very good value for the bed that worked for us.
