Highly satisfied is a very high bar. I give this very infrequently.

Very good service in the shop offered drinks . Tried out a number of beds assistants very helpful .

Only that the frame I wanted you didn't have in the shop only online .

Your Staff are great. Friendly helpful and have a knowledge of the product. But a month until delivery?????? AND you plan on charging me for the privilege, plus a cost for the assembling.....well its how you make your money and advertise the costs you do.

Putting it simply I just don't get worked up about beds, but the staff at the showroom were very helpful and accommodating.

I do not like shopping and find it an un-necessary chore and a bit of a bore wherever I shop! -so the rating I gave my visit would be as high as any shop would ever get.

the overall image of the store seemed a bit dated but products good

The assistant had a few problems completing the order.

I did not expect the cost to be as high. The visual environment was not striking or particularly pleasing

We were greeted by Emma and she helped us with the purchase of our new bed and there was no hard sales pressure at anytime during this visit and the visit before. We were given plenty of time to look at all the products and Emma's knowledge was excellent.
