I wish the basic product I bought had looked less basic for the price. £250 for divan& headboard is fair compared to the market but still a lor for something that is, well, basic.

I was told that the mattress I purchased had 25% off on ONLY the day I was in the store. I checked the Dreams website when I came home and discovered that I could have purchased the same mattress on line for GBP150 less than I paid. I tried to call the store to discuss this but the store had already closed. I left a telephone message asking for a call back but this never happened. The manager in the Reigate store made a big show of telling me how lucky I was to be in the store on the very day that the 25% discount was applicable. I was disappointed to find I could have saved myself GBP 150 had I shopped online

Apologetic but first assistant unable to demonstrate the operation of the adjustable bed, but pleasant selling attitude not pushy. The order number on my in voice is -042DT1503191002144 unable to fit this number at the beginning of this form.

The experience in store was fine, the delivery team let you down! They were shouting at each other and arguing whilst putting our bed together! I do not expect to spend £5k with you to have your delivery team shouting are arguing in my own home. It was shocking and frightening, particularly as I was at home alone at the time! They also badly chipped a chest of drawers in my bedroom. I have complained to your Reigate store when we went back to place another order of over £1k for another mattress but have heard nothing back from you. Very, very disappointed given the amount of money we have spent with you over the past few weeks!

First store assistant didn't know the different types of beds but the second person in the store seem to know. Nevertheless, she was pleasant and nice.
