We were very impressed with Kyra who served us in store yesterday. My wife and I commented that it was one of the best in store experiences we have had. Kyra was very knowledgable, explained the differences between the different types of mattresses, and answered all our questions. Kyra was highly personable, took the time to find out what we wanted and could not have been more helpful in choosing a new mattress for our daughter.

Our sales assistant Kyra was very knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy, giving us space when needed but also attentive. The products at Dreams were also just what we were looking for, with very reasonable delivery time. The insurance also seemed very reasonable for the price. Thank you dreams! Will hopefully be shopping here for another bed next year.
