I have brought a matrees before having visited the shop lat year. Rachel was just as helpful, polite and answered all queries.

Rachel at Dreams in Reigate is just very helpful friendly and knows her product. She is excellent..understanding of my needs. Brilliant service.

In October 2019 I had a sleep match recommendation. Because of Covid and as time has gone by I, at last, wanted to buy a new mattress. Amy who was in the store showed me the beds that I had picked out from my recommended list and left me to decide which would suit myself. I did go back to her to ask questions regarding the toppings of mattresses and what they were actually made of. I valued Amy's knowledge, but the decision was obviously mine.

Staff went over & above to help. No pressure, didn’t rush & extremely helpful.

The manager of another store,went into great detail about comfort.And which mattress would be good for problem backs ect And did a little trial test. Lady was very informative she was not usually working in that store.maybe area manager?

The service was excellent, we were seen quickly, there was no issues with children being in the store, we were able to try the mattresses, the shop assistant was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We weren’t rushed and everything was made clear and understandable. The books for the children was a lovely touch.

Great personality of the sales person with good product knowledge without being too pushy

We explained what we required and were immediately showed an ideal choice. We’re then shown possible alternatives. As not entirely sure what to choose were provided with written quotes for our two favoured solutions to consider at home. Returned following day to place order and now considering further purchases of bedside drawers and/or blanket box.

We visited the store a couple of times and dealt with different members of the team each time. All of them were very friendly, knowledgable and patient. We returned back to purchase the mattress and the store manager recognised us immediately and referred to conversations we had previously with members of the team. Very professional friendly and overall great customer service.

The person serving us was informed, friendly and wonderful to deal with!
