The knowledge and experience was fantastic. My daughter was entertained while we made our purchase. All staff were friendly and spent time understanding our needs.

We got expert help from Stela, the shop assistant, who was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She explained every aspect of the purchase clearly but never made us feel pressured. We ended up getting a great deal. Stela really helped us with the choice of mattress when we were undecided. Her male colleague (didn't get his name) was also very pleasant and helpful. The experience of buying a bed was something I wasn't expecting to be so easy and enjoyable.

The person we saw helped us throughout our visit and was willing to listen and then guide us to the products we were looking for. At no point did we feel we were being pressurised but he did always give us a leading hand to help us make our decision. It was a refreshing approach to feel that we were being assisted rather than being sold to. We have bought from Dreams before which is why we returned to you and will do so again on the basis of this experience.
