Dreams - Finchley

To be honest, I was not expecting a good service from Dreams as I only popped in as I drove past the store and had the impression that Dreams was a low-end discount retailer. I couldn't have been more wrong. The service I received was truly exceptional. The staff (in particular, Jackson and Chris at the Ballards Lane branch in N3) were friendly, helpful and had excellent product knowledge that far surpassed any of the other stores I had visited (John Lewis, M&S, Selfridges etc.). They took time to listen to my requirements and found the perfect bed for us. They even managed to up-sell us on pillows (without being in any way pushy). These guys are a true credit to Dreams and made the decision to purchase from you an easy one to make. I am now a "True Dreams Believer" and will make sure that I recommend Dreams to anyone that is even remotely thinking about buying a new bed. Very, very impressed - thank you!

Greeted by Jackson as we entered the store. Had little or no expectation of our visit but they were great. Product knowledge was impressive and the customer service was brilliant. Looked around and tried out bedstgen went to john lewis. They failed on every comparison to your finchley store and within the hour we were back to buy a bed, headboard, insurance and pillows. Very excited to take delivery of our bed in a couple of weeks and would highly recommend so far!

the friendliness of Stela and her great knowledge of the type of bed I was looking for, her patience answering my questions, the coffee that I was offered, Stella and her manager made our visit to the showroom very special.

Staff friendly and helpful. Took time ti understand our requirements and helped us find the right products. Also made my little girls feel welcome and part of the process - very good!

I had a really pleasant experience today at dreams; not only did I find what I was looking for, the overall experience was made better because of the great service I received from Chris. He had great knowledge and helped me find the right bed for my back condition, he was genuine and didn't come across as a 'car salesman' as some sales managers do. I would definitely return here when the need arises again :-)

Chris, who served us, was so knowledgable about the mattresses and spent a lot of time with us. He was very appealing and good to chat to. He did not do a hard sell, he just wanted us to make the right choices o that we had a great nights sleep so by not looking at price but by being sure we got the right mattress he got us to lie on lots of beds but was able to very quickly work out what we wanted. He was very skilled and made it a pleasure.
