Dreams - Finchley

The store manager (Chris) was extremely helpful without being overly pushy. Once we asked for assistance he explained the colour layout of the store and asked us if we knew what type of mattress we were looking for. Once he knew what we were looking for he guided us to a few mattresses to test out for ourselves and let us make a decision from there. Once confirmed which we would purchase he very quickly put the order through. All in all it was a very good shopping experience.

From the moment we entered the Dream Store we were acknowledged and asked to look around and ask when we required assistance. We where offered coffee or tea and left to experience the products, when we found what we was after we was promptly assisted and walked through all the options open to us and as a result was genuinely happy to part with our monies.

I was assisted by Chris, who gave me impartial informative advice regarding my query. His product knowledge and company procedure knowledge (ensuring a delivery date to suit my needs and securing a purchase with a deposit), were the deciding factors that led to my purchase. Unlike many shop assistants who bombard customers as they enter a store and try to influence customers to spend more money irrespective of their needs; Chris gave me enough information that allowed me to decide between products. I am extremely pleased with the service I received, and I am highly satisfied with my whole experience as a customer. I immediately shared positive feedback with my family and I will continue to recommend shopping at Dreams; specifically the Finchley Central N3 store.
