The assistant (Oliver) approached me straight away and sorted me out with the correct product after asking a few pertinent questions

The assistant, Jackson was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained how your 40 day satisfaction policy worked and advised us accordingly.

Steve the salesman,was very helpful,and his knowledge was useful,and he guided us through the entire procedure. Zahaur was also helpful in completing our order, and arranging our delivery. In all you have a very good team at this branch.

Extremely satisfied with the service provided by Zahur in the Finchley Central branch of dreams. all products were well presented clean tidy and easy to find information on. Zahur had a high level of product knowledge and could answer all the questions asked of but at no stage made you feel under pressure to buy a specific product which was nice as he gave plenty of time for you to make the right choice.

Very simple process, quick and I feel as though I was not pushed into buying anything I didn't want. I was allowed to go at my own pace and the available delivery dates fit perfectly.

The sale person was very good and had high customer service standard. I didn't receive the mattress yet. It will come on Saturday

The sales assistant, Jackson, was both knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me a few different options after understanding my requirements - but not so many that the choice was overwhelming. I was given plenty of time to test the beds for comfort - also to try out with different pillows. I subsequently purchased a mattress , two pillows and a duvet. The option to change the mattress after trying for 30 days was also very reassuring as was the price match guarantee. The delivery process was excellent and the two chaps who delivered the mattress (John and Keith ?) were most efficient and friendly.

We appreciated so much the staff's approach to us and let us chose a bed after the working hours. The prices, quality, everything was great and a massive effort form the guy Jackson.
