Customer service was very good. Price Products and offers were well explained before order placed. It would be nice if Dreams can offer free delivery like other stores on mattress.

We went in with the intention of just looking at the bed we were after to make a decision, however, we were told about the 0% finance offer and decided to just apply and get a delivery date sorted for when we move house.

Our sales person Jackson at finchley central was incredibly helpful. He took time to explain about each mattress, bed base and he was incredibly knowledgable and with an excellent manner
