The salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The problem that I had was with Hitachi Finance who, despite my credit rating of 984/999 declined my application (without reference to credit agencies) I therefor paid the whole amount by card.

Staff readily available and knowledgeable. Wasn't rushed and were not pushy. Was able to think about it for a day before returning the next day to make an order on bed.

The lead times were longer than I had hoped. I understand that this is almost always the case with furniture. So, while I accepted that, I cannot say I was highly satisfied.

Assistant had an excellent manner and knowledge and made the buying experience speedy, efficient and painless.

Oliver the sales assistant was very polite and knowledgeable, making the process the best it could be.

George and Steve in finchley central dreams were patient helpful and friendly and were very grateful
