The staff were great. Got what I wanted in the end

The sales assistant was very helpful. We asked some detailed questions that I had not found an answer to online before we came to the store, and Jackson, our assistant, went and found the answers we needed. We did not feel pressured to purchase and were reassured by the warrantee, the exchange policy and the price match guarantee. It was a very positive experience coming to buy a mattress today.

The layout of the store was quite great. The assistance received from the staff was quite warm and with a lot of patience. The staff took time to take me round and explained everything well to enable me make an informed choice. I was offered a drink although I did not accept as I was ok. It was a great deal as I bought three beds and mattresses and was given three free bed covers which is great. I also qualified to purchase 4 soft pillows at half price. I made 50% payment and spread the rest over 20 months at zero interest which is quite flexible for me.

Zahur offered us assistance as we walked in, and let us browse on our own in peace until we were ready to ask questions (not being clingy is a good thing!). When we did have questions, he was able to explain the pricing format, delivery options, cover plan, and guarantees very efficiently. When we sat down to order, Zahur offered us a drink and explained the purchase terms politely and without "forgetting" anything important listed in the fine print. He gave me time to read over the documents without pressure. Over all, my wife and I enjoyed the purchase process, and we left the store excited.

Oliver who served us was very friendly and helpful - we entered the store having seen a bed frame on the website (ottoman style) and directed us to the frame, he kindly gave us a demonstration on how to work the ottoman and let us have a try. As the bed frame on show was not in the colour we preferred he showed us on a large screen the options. Ordering was quick and efficient and Oliver was very helpful in picking a convenient delivery date. Great efficient service all round!

The categories of mattress were clear and easy to understand, which helped us choose the right one for us. The pricing for different sizes and drawers in the Divan was clear. The assistant was very informative and also respected our need for time to try out and consider different options. He was very friendly, professional and understanding and not pushy.
