Dreams - Finchley

I was served by Steve and he was very helpful in assisting on what I need . Good bed and good mattress. Am hoping everything I bought will be the best to me for years to come as I know dreams have the best qualities in many things.

Once the assistant gave us the relevant information for what we required, we were then left alone to decide on which mattress we required, any questions we had were also answered.

Excellent attention from the young man who served me and provided a solution to problems of delivery. Not impressed with the noreply paperwork sent by email from head office which said we owed half the price when it had in fact been paid in full, including delivery. Once again, the young man sorted this out over the phone Cannot comment on product as it hasnt been delivered yet

Jackson was very helpful and willing to understand our needs and get us what we wanted

We received prompt and friendly assistance from Zahur on our visit and we were able to find the mattress that suits us very quickly. Zahur explained to us the differences between mattresses and helped us pick the one that will be the most comfortable after trying multiple mattresses. The shop is very well organised and clean.

Oliver was very friendly and patient, he explained everything and listened to my opinions.

Abdi was extremely helpful without being pushy. We had plenty of choices and felt we have purchased a quality product and delivery will be when it suits us best which is perfect. All in all. Thank you.

The young man who atteded to my daughter and I was polite and very helpful. He gave us time to decide on the mattress we wanted without any pressure whatsoever. He answered our questions with clarity and we got the impression that he knew what he was talking about and the information he gave was concise and relevant. We left the shop satisfied and pleased that we decided to visit that particular Dreams' shop.

We visited your Finchley branch and the assistance we received from Abdifatah who helped us with our specification, showed us various available options and price ranges was first class. He explained differences in mattress qualities and our bed requirement that needed under-bed storage. He was great with guiding us without being pushy and we decided although perhaps we could find a cheaper mattress to go with the bed, his advice was good enough for us to purchase both. We had intended to shop around but Dreams was our first stop and proved a great choice. Many thanks
