I have back problems, so choosing the right mattress was very important. Walking into Dreams and seeing the amount of choices i had was a bit scary because I didn't have a clue where to start. Oliver who was very helpful and knowledgeable, showed me the orthopaedic range and made my decision very easy, I made my purchase. Thank you Dreams.

I find choosing mattress very difficult. I finally managed to find what I was looking for ( hopefully as has not been delivered yet !)

We went to Finchley branch and Mr. Zahur kindly provided us with all information which we needed. Before we visited there, we called them and he received our phone call and really politely explain about mattress. That's why we could immediately decide to buy products there! I have nothing to complain or suggest. He was a perfect seller!! We highly recommend Mr. Zahur and his branch!!

The retail assistant - Abdi was very helpful and friendly and efficient

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Abdi was highly-knowledgeable about the products he was selling. He didn't rush us and when we said we would come back the next day he was polite. We ended up buying two mattresses the following day - one for the spare room too - because Abdi was able to show us two products that we liked. We were very impressed with his customer service skills and very happy with the products we purchased.

Spoke to Jackson on phone and called in shop to see item, very courteous staff, was offered a coffee while there and had materials relating to my purchase explained very clearly, very happy to buy there in future.

Excellent product advice suited to our needs. Extremely helpful and patient throughout the process of choosing the right divan.
