I received the help I needed to choose a new bed.

The assistant, Oliver was very helpful and encouraged us to purchase a mattress we felt most comfortable with which was not based up price. He was polite and caring.

The service was friendly, staff were helpful and knowledgeable. All product were available that I wanted to try. The staff were accommodating and even made me a cup of coffee. They couldn't do enough for me and I everything about the entire experience was great. Would definitely recommend this store, this branch and the bed too - in fact I have already done so in the last hour! Thank you :-)

Our Salesperson Abdi was very helpful, knowledgeable and looked after us very well. The manager Steve was also very helpful and accommodating. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and would recommend Dreams to family and friends. We shopped around and found Dream to be very competitive but above all it was the personal service we received that impressed us the most.

I WAS DEALING WITH A COLLEAGUE NAMED ABDI, HE WAS VERY CHEERFULL, POLITE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HE WAS VERY PATIANT WITH ALL MY QUERIES I HAD MADE A MISTAKE IN PURCHASING A WRONG SIZE MATTRESS , I TOLD ABDI AND WITHOUT ASKING ANY QUESTIONS HE CHANGED IT VERY PLEASED WITH HIS ATTITUDE

Highly satisfied because of welcoming smile, very helpful. After the purchase, he explained that if there's any damage to the bed they would replace it.

Very efficient service. Sales person had good knowledge of product and understood my needs quickly and gave me all advice in regards to my purchase and after sales.
