Customer service from Zahur was excellent Appreciated that we were offered coffee The financial assistance - only paying 20% deposit and paying the rest off over 20 months was the biggest help and so appreciated Fantastic that the price was matched because I flagged that I would get money back if ordered online through cashback website. Manager was very flexible and considerate.

From when we first walked into the store we were greeted by George who was very friendly and able to help us with our enquiry. Once he found out what we were looking for he knew where the product was, the different ranges of Tempur mattresses available and was able to give us more information on each type. He then gave us the different payment options available to us and delivery times and dates. We decided to purchase on finance and pay a deposit upfront as this worked out better for us. Just to mention as well we were offered tea and coffee during the whole interaction with George, I decided to have a coffee which Steve made for me and it was just right:) George carried on with finalising all our details and setting up the finance, Steve was helping George as he was still learning a few bits and pieces and did very well. We received our mattress on time and were contacted before delivery to make sure we were home which was good. We have been looking to get a mattress for a while now and were not sure which one to go with but thanks to George and Steve we are very happy with our new purchase.

We were served by George and his manager at the Finchley store who were very friendly and knowledgeable on all products. They took the time to understand what we need and helped us stay within our budget. They were patient while we were making decisions and helped guide us to a successful outcome. Highly recommend this store for friendly, efficient and quality service.

The shop assistant was very concerned I made the correct decision and made sure I tried as many mattresses as possible to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The price was excellent for what I purchased, I was very surprised how little it came to for everything I bought.

Very pleased with the service I received today. The workers were very helpful and kind.

On entering the store the assistant Mr Zahur Khan came over to assist me. I informed him that I was looking to purchase a divan base, mattress and headboard. He was extremely helpful, explaining the different types of mattresses and asked me questions so that he could recommend the products that best suited my needs. I purchased all of the above products and was very happy with the help I received. I was also able to choose a delivery date that suited me.

I was greeted at the door, offered a drink (which I really appreciated) I got to try the different beds and take my time to chose. I didn't feel pressured. I was given information about the different types of mattresses. I was extremely pleased with the helpful friendly service all round.
