The assistant at the Finchley branch, Oliver, was extremely helpful and efficient.

I was barely in the shop and i was offered immediate assistance. I was asked what size of bed and the comfort of mattress and was given a couple of beds to choose from which made my choice quick and simple and no confusion. I then chose a mattress protector and a pillow. While the orders were being placed i was offered a drink which i gladly accepted.

The staff put himself out to give us lots of information.

Received a very warm and friendly welcome from a young lad named Oliver. His first port of call was seeing if I needed any assistance and offering me a drink. He was extremely helpful when helping me decide which mattress suited me best, letting me test each one and even offering me a pillow to test them with. The information I was given about each product I asked about definitely helped alot to make sure I purchased the right product for my needs. The purchase its self was very fast yet full of all the information I needed and he always made sure I fully understood and asked if there was any more information I needed. Thank you Oliver for such a wonderful friendly service.

I got what I wanted quickly and easily

We purchased the same bed in November 2016 for one of our sons, and were so pleased we have ordered exactly the same bed and headboard for our other son. We were also pleased with the service in the store the first tim around that we returned to this store again for this order.

The assistant was called Oliver. He was very helpful and advised us on the best bed and mattress for our needs. He showed us several alternatives on the big screen as there was no stock on show. Very pleasant assistant and he also knew about his product
