Dreams - Finchley

The store colleagues at Dreams Finchley were very friendly and welcoming. We found the idea of sleep diagnostic mattress test very innovative and helpful. Howra who assisted us during our visit was very knowledgeable. She explained the test results and types of suggested mattresses thoroughly. She also explained us the existing offers in the store and pointed out to us best value for money deals. We were given sufficient time to test all the mattresses that we were interested in while adhering to proper health and safety protocols. We liked that we were not rushed into making a choice and were allowed to take enough time to try out mattresses multiple times, discuss and make an informed decision.

It was an absolute dream shopping at Dreams. Geroge was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us clearly and answered all our questions. He had just the right balance of supporting us whilst we were browsing but also ensuring we have the time and space to browse (not like some pushy salespeople). Placing the order was so easy with George and once again, he gave us the attention and care we needed. The other salespeople in the shop that day were also very friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be shopping at Dreams again.

Lovely young man, gave us his full attention and was very knowledgeable in the items we were looking for. We were even offered refreshments. It was a lovely experience where we did not fill rushed into making decisions and we were fully informed of all products and alternatives,

I have two young kids, they were very busy at the store but they were very kind with them. They lady who helped us named Howran was very helpful and kind because my wife could not decide but she gave her more time to make a decision. Also took time to show my son around to choose his mattress.
