Dreams - Finchley

Having had a really poor experience with Bensons for beds we were finding it hard to find a mattress that we loved that could be delivered within a reasonable time frame. When we arrived at dreams the team member there met us politely and was incredibly helpful. We had the sleep match service and were offered beverages too. He totally listened to our requests and budget and showed us a shortlist of mattresses which he got spot on - all three of which I actually would have been happy to buy and all of which met or came under budget. All the information relating to the mattress itself and the purchase options was explained fully to us and we felt confident in our choice when previously we had found it overwhelming.

The sales assistant George helped us select the right mattress within our budget. Let us try numerous ones and gave us time to decide. He told us all the promotions on offer and was both friendly and informative.

Oliver the dreams sales man has been correct, friendly and helpful and to the point, without wasting our time. The ambiance in the store was relaxing due to his attitude.

The service was excellent - very thorough testing of the mattress was involved. The sales assistant called George, was very attentive and helpful.

George was extremely helpful in helping us decide what mattress was best for us.

As soon as we got into the store Howra came over and helped us! She asked what we were looking for and we weren’t sure. She advised us on many beds . I feel she was very honest with us about what we were looking for. She was not pushy at all and I really felt she listened to us but also knew so much about all the different beds. We were put in the bed machine to find which type of bed would suit us. I felt this saved us some time instead of trying all the beds.

George wa patient, professional and highly supportive. He spent around 2 hours with me and we finally found what I was looking for

The young man who we spoke to was charming and his knowledge of my needs was quite amazing. He was extremely attentive and answered each question to my satisfaction. He was an exceptionally good salesperson who knew how to conduct a sales pitch with confidence and accuracy. It was a great experience throughout.

Oliver, the sales assistant, was extremely knowledgable , courteous, professional and friendly. A great ambassador for your company.

What we noticed is the kindness and efficiency of staff!!
