The service was excellent and I found it quickly what I was looking for.

Helpful and friendly staff. They understood what I was looking for and gave great recormendations of products which related to me.

The person who served me, Mr Oliver McReddie, was exceptionally polite, helpful and knowledgeable without being at all pushy

Oliver the assistant was very friendly, helpful and patient and explained everything to us clearly. Nothing was too much trouble,and we left the store highly satisfied.

Me and my wife had a very pleasant experience shopping at Dreams, the store layout was great and I was able to find a style of bed that suited us. The assistant (Oliver) was very helpful talking us through all the different types of mattresses and allowing us to try them all to better decide which suits us. I was very happy with the price which allowed me to spend a little more on fabric protection. I was pleased to see that delivery was free, our time frame for delivery was just three weeks but this wasn't a problem. I will definitely be shopping at Dreams in the future.

Oliver the sales representative was highly efficient and courteous. He had such a pleasant and professional manner, was able to locate my previous order and clarify what guarantee there was. He then immediately showed me the equivalent replacement bed and base and quickly helped with new purchase too. He then sorted out delivery date. Shame that Dreams can't dismantle and remove old one from our current address but that is not Oliver's fault.

I was greeted immediately when I walked into the store. Oliver was very helpful and had excellent product knowledge. He recommended mattresses suitable to my needs. When I asked about headboards, he showed me them all with no price agenda. He arranged delivery at a cost acceptable to me and a date and time.

We were served by Oliver who took time to understand our needs, he showed us a number of options and took time to explain the differences. We felt comfortable to ask questions and take our time in deciding what mattress to buy.

I went to Finchley Central branch in London was served by a gentleman called ZAHUR KHAN. He was very professional, very helpful and very friendly. He helped me to choose a correct mattress for myself, he offered lots of different chooses, he took time to explain what each mattress is like...he offered mattress protection and arranged a delivery service for me. I was very pleased with his service.
