Me and my partner had to look for a bed frame and a mattress but without having any experience in knowing what to choose. As soon as we entered Dreams in Finchley Central, we we're welcomed by George who wore a smile on his face all the time we asked questions and he gave us the best advice on what to buy. We decided to apply for finance and I found George to be very helpful and clear in explaining us how the whole process works. Great customer service and really friendly staff.

We were served by a polite gentleman who was not pushy in any way He listened to our requirements and provided a calm and relaxed approach with us. He knew all the products and allowed us to take our time to reach a conclusion as to which bed to choose.

George in the Finchley branch was ever so helpful in choosing the correct bed for my grandfather. He carefully explained all the features and why it matched my grandad's needs. The manager of the branch was also helpful in answering all of our questions regarding the purchase.
