Initially helped by George. He really knew his products, was helpful in finding the best deals for us and made sure that the product suited our needs. Offered tea/coffee or water. Was friendly and personable. Placed order with a colleague on a later date (George was on holiday) and received equally great service. Don't know this colleagues name as he insisted on review going to original colleague (great team work too). All in all, a perfect shopping experience. Finchley Central.

Assistant Oliver was very helpful and unserstood the product

It has been a very long time since we last bough t a new bed (too long)! Oliver who served us was able to give us comprehensive information on how things , types of beds & mattresses have changed and what is on offer. He enabled us to make a guided and considered choice. We were made to feel welcome and Oliver gave us plenty of time to try out beds and ask lots of questions. He was very knowledgeable in his answers. He gave great customer service. Whereas we had not done no research as such - we felt unable to comment whether we were satisfied or dissatisfied with the price however this was mitigated by the good customer service. Parking was difficult as store seemed to have none - but then again we were advised where we could park locally for free .

Oliver in your north Finchley store was an absolute delight. He was courteous and friendly without being intrusive. He dealt with our order quickly and was incredibly informative. A credit to your company. Well done Oliver .

I normally go to shops and inquire things and products. But some appear to be tired already even in the morning. Some customer staff also don't know how to explain how things work. And they even look at me from head to toe maybe measuring me if i can buy or not. But amazingly this staff u have named Steve in finchley branch was really astounding. He was really very helpful to us. Taking time to show us all kinds of bed and seeing that we are taken care of. Even asking if we want something to drink coz it's a bit hot outside when we visited the store. He is really good. Giving us all the information taking time to let us think as to which mattress will suit us. He is not forcing us. He is very patient all the way. I highly recommend him!.and I will be very happy to refer my friends to your shop if they will be buying beds etc. Our experience and the smoothness of the transaction is worth it. Thank you for the good service.
