The sales assistant, George, was very helpful, he even stayed overtime to make sure we get the assistance we needed. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us decide on what to buy, and he explained in detail the terms and conditions of the finance agreement. Lovely personality and a lot of patience.

On my initial visit to dreams, George helped me choose the right bed and mattress for me. There were lots of options on display and I was given a lot of information about the different bed types. The dreams team also explained delivery costs and took me through various add ons available with my purchase. I was very happy with the quality of customer service which was part of the reason I decided to go ahead with my purchase!
