Oliver was very helpful and assisted greatly to find the best bed we were looking.

I LIKED THE WAY THE STORE WAS LAID OUT WHICH MADE IT EASY TO TEST THE VARIOUS MATTRESSES. ON MY PRELIMINARY VISIT, EARLIER IN NOVEMBER, YOUR ASSISTANT ZAHUR WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH HIS ADVICE AND SO I WAITED FOR HIM TO BECOME AVAILABLE TODAY. HE THEN LOOKED AFTER ME VERY WELL.

Received prompt help and advice in choosing all the products I bought.

George greeted my husband and I as soon as we walked into the store. He came to say hello and offer assistance but also was not intrusive and let us look around and chat with each other before he gave us some additional information. He spent over an hour and a half with us in total giving information and making recommendations as well as giving us some space to have discussions with one another and make up our own minds as to what we liked and disliked. He listened attentively to all our needs and answered the myriad of questions I posed. He clearly had excellently product knowledge and where he was unsure he was quick to seek advice from colleagues rather than waffle his way through, which was appreciated. He offered loads of additional products like insurance, pillows and a mattress protector, all of which we purchased. He was a fantastic sales person and customer service assistant in every aspect.

The choices were amazing, so many to choose from. At some point I just was too confused when one of the employees came to assist. I was served by Oliver, who was not only helpful with walking me through the different beds but also weighed in suggestions by asking me if I slept in a particular way to make me feel comfortable. He was not focused on selling me something, but took time to understand my needs. He suggested to try different pillows and see how the whole experience was, rather than just saying, this is a good one.

Living in the Cotswolds, I phoned 3 stores - Banbury, Witney and 1 other none of whom even answered the phone. Having moved from Finchey to the Cotswolds and purchased our beds from Dreams for years, I decided I had nothing to lose by phoning Finchley. I spoke to the lovely George who could not have been more helpful and I promised i would give George a really good reference for being polite, helpful and generally an alright guy. Thanks George, I’ve had 2 emails, 2 texts and 2 phone calls giving me the arrival time of said mattress today. Thanks for everything Dreams (and George). Regards Jill Johnson

Very happy with George who assists us in getting the headboards we wanted. He explained very well on both the products as well as the delivery procedures. He is a very pleasant and helpful guy.

Oliver was very helpful,despite being the only sales person in the shop. He was dealing with a very difficult customer when we went back to order but called me (at my suggestion) and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Good salesman!
