The Sales assistant George was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to our needs and showed us a range of the relevant products. He also knew when to leave us alone when we wanted to make a private decision on what to buy.

When I first visited the store in Finchley Central, Steve talked me through the various options for a new bed. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. No hard selling- just facts. And I was also given plenty of time to think, test and decide. Test- trying the mattress. It made my selection painless. I also have subsequently recommended Dreams to my sister. It is individuals like Steve that make the difference.

Im really satsified because the colleagues were really nice and made it so much easier for me and my mum to buy a new bed. It was very nice that there was a 20% off deal which made it so cheap. The quality of the bed was really good and they promised us a 8 year guarantee for only £45 which is super cheap. Thank you dreams!.
