George made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Staff moved mattresses around for us to try on different bases could not of asked for more. George made me feel like my custom was appreciated and he could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable

We were ably looked after by our assistant George, who talked us through our options and get us accessed for our mattress. He then helped show us which products would be most suitable and gave us plenty of time to try them out before we came to a decision. The purchase was easy and quick.

Oliver was brilliant. Didn’t rush us, and gave loads of advice.

Because the girl in the shop helped so much to find exactly what I was looking for so long.

Finchely store was just one of the mattress stores we visited to purchase a new mattress. At the end of the research we can say that the service of interest to our needs and the seriousness and professionalism with which they were taken by George were unique, no other store has been able to find a solution except George from the Finchley store. We went back to the store and bought the mattress thanks to the trust that George gave us and his work done to find the right mattress for us.
