The Dreams Colleague Oliver at the Finchley Branch was very helpful, knowledgeable of the products and very friendly. He dealt with our requirements very efficiently and timely.

We were impressed with the bed assessment in store as both my husband and I are different heights and weights. Zahur was very helpful and knowledgeable. I mistakenly believed I needed a firm mattress for my back but in actual fact the medium mattress was appropriate. We were able to try and retry the recommended beds and we took our time to decide. We were provided with cups of coffee which was a nice touch.

It all went so smoothly and I found what I was looking for very quickly with the help of tha assistant Zahur.

I explained to the sales assistant that I needed a mattress for a spare bedroom and his wealth of experience regarding the product, the suitability of the firmness rating for my needs and how the pocket springs work shone through. He clearly knew his stuff and was friendly, enthusiastic and eager to ensure that the product we were interested in was suitable for what we had in mind. The prices were good compared to other stores and provided us with very reasonable delivery date. All in all, a stress-free shopping experience, which is exactly what we required.
