Dreams - Finchley

I made my first visit to browse my options and I was met by Oliver. Oliver was friendly, and he took the time to understand my needs without being pushy on any products. Oliver recommended I be evaluated by a new a piece of technology which would analyse my body and recommend a mattress, I found this useful too. On my second visit I made sure to return to Oliver to make my purchase as I was confident I would receive the same high level of service I did on my first visit.

i had tried all different mattresses from different companies but Dreams it was the best offers they had further more most of my friends and family member they got there mattresses from dreams and they wore wherry happy withe the product and the offers they got from dreams

The moment I walked into the shop Zahur the employee who served us was very welcoming and helpful, he answered all our queries and assisted us in finding the right product to cater for our needs, we found what we were looking for very easily with Zahur's help.

Mr Zahur, the salesman was very considering and patient and advised us in a very helpful manner as to what kind of mattress would be most suitable for our needs and concerns. He very patiently advised on each of our choices and helped us in making a final decision. I would highly recommend Mr. Zahur to my friends and relatives.

The sales adviser was very helpful and was able to answer all questions. They were not pushy and allowed sufficient time for me to make my selection. The bed selected was at a good price and delivery was arranged for my selected date.

Saw a bed i liked on line and although it was not available in store I wanted to look at one similar in store and also look at the mattresses. The young man who assisted me was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful with regards to the bed i was considering and the mattresses. I bought both the bed and a mattress. He was only able to say delivery could be 8 to 12 weeks but that Dreams would be in contact with me in due course, that of course was his fault. i would like the bed sooner rather than later and the estimated delivery does seem to be quite a time but i understand the bed i have chosen has to be made.
